Stuffed chicken roulade (video recipe)

Today i come with super super healthy recipe,loaded with good fats , and also very DELICIOUS .







Ingredients:
  • Olive oil
  • Conserved tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Green olive
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps of parsley
  • Pepper - paprika - salt
  • 1 kg of ground chicken breast
  • 4 boiled eggs
How to make it:
  • Put half of meat into a bowl,add spices (pepper,paprika,salt),add half of garlic , add tomatoes , add parsley , and mix all the ingredients very well, add lemon juice , mix it with the meat , add green olive and mix again.
  • Put the other half of meat into another bowl , add olive oil , add garlic  add pepper and salt , mix all very well.
  • Put the aluminum foil on the table , put the meat that doesn't contain tomatoes ,flatten it with your palms ,than put the meat that contain tomatoes over the other part of meat .Put the eggs over the meat and roll the meat with aluminum foil .
  • Put the meat into the tray ,and put it into the oven for about 40 minutes.
You can serve it with some vegetables , or something else of your choice ... Bon appetit.
